Linda Neff

Linda and her husband Rob have lived in Castro Valley since 1999. They have two children, who have gone through the highly rated public school system in Castro Valley. Katie is a graduate of UC Berkeley and is currently a first year Medical Student at the University of Michigan. Cameron is a Senior at Humboldt State University and hopes to go into Law Enforcement upon his Graduation in May.

Kathi Townsend is a local girl who grew up in Oakland and has lived in Castro Valley since 1973. Kathi spent 10 years as the On-site Manager for the Palomares Hills HOA. Kathi’s love of helping people, allowed her to transition into a successful real estate career joining the award-winning Cathy Brent Team in 2002. A strong believer in participating in community events, Kathi is at her happiest when working closely with people and loves helping them navigate the buying or selling of real estate. Kathi is humble and respectful of her client’s needs which helps build long lasting relationships.

Wayne Licsak

Wayne Licsak brings a wealth of sales and marketing experience to the award-winning Cathy Brent Team. Prior to joining the team, Wayne spent over 22 years with a General Electric Capital Company as an Operations Manager and Regional Sales Manager. Wayne was responsible for the sales and marketing practices of a 75-person sales force in the 11 Western states and Canada. Wayne is passionate about his work as a REALTOR®, but makes sure to leave himself time for his other passions, including photography, cooking, music, travel and of course his life partner Kathi Townsend. His aim with every interaction is to earn the trust of every client.

Wayne started in real estate and joined The Cathy Brent Team in 2008.
