Wayne Licsak brings a wealth of sales and marketing experience to the award-winning Cathy Brent Team. Prior to joining the team, Wayne spent over 22 years with a General Electric Capital Company as an Operations Manager and Regional Sales Manager. Wayne was responsible for the sales and marketing practices of a 75-person sales force in the 11 Western states and Canada. Wayne is passionate about his work as a REALTOR®, but makes sure to leave himself time for his other passions, including photography, cooking, music, travel and of course his life partner Kathi Townsend. His aim with every interaction is to earn the trust of every client.

Wayne started in real estate and joined The Cathy Brent Team in 2008.
